Start of the video. Leave 0 or blank for "beginning of the video". Enter value in HH:MM:SS format. Example for 5 min 10 seconds: 00:05:10

End point or length of the video. Leave 0 or blank for "the rest of the file". Enter value in HH:MM:SS format. Example for 5 min 10 seconds: 00:05:10
Start/Length vs Start/End. Select "End Time In Track" if the end value is the end time in the original track. Select "Length of Cut Segment" if the end value is the length of the cut track.
